A paid subscription renews annually. The first year runs until its end date; after that, you can cancel immediately and receive a refund for the unused portion. You have a full 14-day withdrawal period after purchase. Read the terms.
Can I control several computers at once?
Yes. With an active trial week or Control licence, you can open several computers in separate windows. You close each connection individually. Each receiving computer can have one helper connected at a time.
Which app do I need?
Want to control another computer? Download iqanywhere Control. Getting help, or want to make your computer available? Download iqanywhere Share on that computer. You can use both apps on one computer.
What happens after the trial week?
After seven days, you can no longer start new connections; an active connection will end. You will not be charged. Your saved computers are kept. You can buy an annual licence in the app.
How do I install iqanywhere?
Windows: open the downloaded installer. Mac: open the DMG and drag the app to Applications. Share guides you through the background service and screen and control permissions. Find your Mac chip under → About This Mac.
Does the person receiving help have to pay?
No. Receiving help with Share is free and has no time limit. No account is needed just to receive help. The helper uses Control with a trial week or annual licence.
Can I stop access again?
Yes. The other person can stop a connection and revoke access previously granted. You choose whether to grant access once, temporarily or on an ongoing basis.
I already use iqanywhere. How do I update?
Use the update button in the app. Your saved computers, licence and access settings are kept. Use Control to operate a computer; use Share to share yours.
